Joan N. Trice

Joan is the founder of Allterra Group LLC and Clearbox LLC. Joan began her career at Loyola Federal Savings & Loan in Baltimore, MD. In 1986 she founded Trice Appraisal Inc. which grew to become the largest appraisal firm in the Mid Atlantic. In 2002 Joan founded Allterra Group. She founded Clearbox in 2011.
