We wanted to inform you about new updates to Clearbox. Many of the changes will affect the registration process for appraisers. We have simplified the process and made it more obvious which fields are mandatory fields. We also have made the ordering of background checks more straightforward. Background checks are not instantaneous. They can take 7 to 10 days due to the manual nature of the county searches. We will notify the appraiser when their background check has been returned.

We have also enhanced our internal search functions by improving the speed of search results up to 500%.

Other new changes include:

• Individual sections for profile registration
• All required fields are clearly labeled
• Attached documents are visible to the appraiser
• Easier addition and removal of added files and profile information
• Appraiser can now see their profile as it appears to AMCs and Lenders
• Fee survey data is more robust offering mean, median and mode and the VA schedule
